Delivery
If an item is in stock, it will be posted the next working day. Whilst we try and fulfill an order as soon as possible, if a piece is not in stock, or you have ordered a name plaque or commission piece, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery due to the hand-crafted nature of the work.If your order is required for a specific date, please contact us to arrange.
Packaging
These products need a lot of packaging to protect them in the post. In order to keep the cost of packaging low, we use as much recycled packaging as possible. Please do not be surprised if you find your item wrapped in part of a shoebox!Due to the new postal charges we are unable to insure items over £46 unless we send them Special Delivery Next Day. Unfortunately this means that the price we have to charge has had to increase.
